How to Sprint Your Way
to -10% Body Fat
As anyone who’s spent years in the gym inherently understand, no matter how much muscle you have...

When there's a layer of fat covering it up, things don't look nearly as good as they COULD if you were leaner.

Yet despite this seemingly universal understanding, it's a problem that almost all gym goers struggle with on a constant basis.

Somehow though, when you look at a lineup of eliter sprinters training at the track, it seems literally none of them struggle with it at all...

And instead, they seem to naturally maintain a sub 10% body fat, without even having to consciously do anything to get there.

But why does this happen exactly?  Well in this post, I'll explain why.  So here we go...

The BIG Difference Between
the Gym and the Track

Unlike the gym training, whether it behigh rep hypertrophy exercises, or low rep strength exercises…

It's not uncommon to see folks train hard for several hours, yet somehow never break a sweat.

With sprinting training on the other hand, the sweat comes just from your warmups, long before your first round of actual sprints.

So clearly the body is being stressed in a unique way, which is likely to have some unique benefit, correct?  But it's not the sweat alone that accounts for the difference.

Because as we all know, joggers sweat profusely, yet don't see the same results that sprinters do.  So what exactly is going on here?

Well...the secret mechanism which makes all the difference in the world is....

Heart Rate Spikes

Next time you're in the gym, take note of how many times you spike your heart rate to its max.  I can almost guarantee the answer will be 0 times.

With sprinting, this can easily happen 5-10 times in just a single training session.

And the result of these regular heart rate spikes...is a combination of hormonal and metabolic changes, with numerous health benefits...

The most obvious of all being: a huge increase in fat burning...which happens not only during the actual time of the workout...But hours and even days after the workout has ended.

And it is THIS mechanism specifically...that gives sprinters the unfair advantage that keeps them at sub 10% body fat all year round...

Often times, without even having to suffer through things like calorie counting, weight cutting, and fasting...which many gym goers believe are absolutely necessary to achieve such results.

So the next time you're working out, even if there's nowhere to sprint...make a deliberate effort to spike your heart rate at least once or twice...

And over time, you'll be amazed at the results that follow.
